Delivery Terms and Risk

Date and time of delivery are estimations only, and cannot be held as definite. While HGH Therapy Doctor endeavors to meet all delivery estimates, we cannot be held accountable for delays in shipment or delivery.

All deliveries of hormone medications and supplies must be to a valid US address. PO Boxes are not acceptable. Please double check the accuracy of the delivery address and notify HGH Therapy Doctor with any corrections at once. If the error for an inaccurate delivery address falls on your lack of confirmation or notification of change, we reserve the right to levy additional charges stemming from extra shipping costs after you submit your order.

Refusal or failure to take delivery of an ordered product provided in accordance with the conditions listed here resulting in loss or damage to the product shall nonetheless pass, and without prejudice, to any other remedies or rights we have, including:

HGH Therapy Doctor is entitled to immediate payment in full for any products or services provided and delivered.

Failure or refusal to take delivery of a product that requires us to store it may also incur additional storage and delivery charges.

After 30 days of storage following the agreed delivery date, we reserve the right to dispose of products as we determine which may offset any proceeds of the sale against any monies due from you.
With exception to any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law, you shall not be entitled to reject any products in part or in whole by reason of short delivery. You are required to pay in full not withstanding short or non-delivery unless notification is made in writing of any claim within 7 days of the date of receipt of the invoice or delivery whereupon you shall pay for the quantity of the product delivered.

Upon delivery of the product and placed in your possession, risk or damage of such product while in transport or your possession shall revert to you.

Rejection, Damage, or Loss in Transit

HGH Therapy Doctor shall not be liable and you may not reject any purchased products except for the following: (a) due to damage or loss of product during transport (by us or a carrier on our behalf) with a requirement of notifying us in writing within 5 working days of receipt of product; (b) product defects (not caused by any neglect, act, or default on your part) notifying us within 5 working days of receipt of product.

If a shortage, failure to deliver, or damage to a product occurs, we may make good on the shortage or non-delivery or the defect in the product by replacing or repairing the item upon you returning the product to us.
